Top 13 smiles of 2006

No idea what criteria were used - just the ones that tickled my fancy when i reread the list just now. In no particular order and still open to suggestions or comments:

1. knowing one poem by heart
2. walking to work with two warm boiled eggs in my pocket
3. singing the last verse of Mr Tambourine Man "with one hand waving free"
4. "Lady Nightingale and Lord Jonathan"
Denise sent along a fantastic list of things that make "you" a better person and happy too:

holding a newborn baby
giving someone flowers
making love outdoors
climbing a mountain
paddling a canoe

5. friends who not only know the words to 'Time to Get a Gun,'
but who also know to bark when I sing the line about the neighbours' dogs
6. PEI accents
(I think that is what I will miss the most about this place - so rich and so varied
not to mention expressions like "very best," "let'er pound," "slippy," and so many more)
7. Evenings round the fire in Bear River
8. deer steak and onions with A1 sauce
9. the sound boiling water makes when you pour it in your cup
10. I have a friend whose name is "hippy"
11. Jony's knee is healing
12. who knew the deadline was today?
13. robert's sandwiches - he's is the god of leftovers
