barter work and opportunity to help

(A) dont u just love win-wins!
it seems i have found a way to pay back C for his kindness to me and maybe just maybe help him with a little developing situation - and whats even better is, it invovles real sweaty, disgusting, nitpicky, tiring, physically demanding labour - god i love to work - i forgot how much i love to clean for example

to start at one end of the room and go right through scrubbing and cleaning and chucking and organising and doing doing doing

(B) woke up in one piece after the staff bowlarama last night; love the camaraderie of us all struggling to work together and digging deep, setting the course for the provincial race team, teaching lessons and just plain gettiner done - a solid team that plays together and works hard together - great to be a part of it all

(C) after work i headed up on folly and down in the river gorge there looking for a cache i didnt find - but still i got outside and got snowy and dirty and sweaty - saw some beautiful countryside, i so love being in that wild world, where can almost, i say almost feel the natural rhythmn of things, feel yourself starting to move to that slower truer pace

(D) the realization stronger daily that i am reaquainting myself with me, that i am in a place here that feeds me, that i am closer to a path i was made to walk, that i am a worthwhile part of a wonderful whole
